Many thanks to those who expressed their love and support around our trial…I’d encourage you to head over to our website to check out reports on the event and its aftermath, particularly some of the court reports by others and the actions that were taken in solidarity. Your prayers were obviously effective in the way things went, wih everyone in the courtroom (no less ourselves) visibly moved by our arguments. Thanks Simon – inspiration for those of us planning our own actions. I’m helping put together one or more Christian affinity groups for the Newcastle Camp for Climate Action , which will culminate in a blockade of Newcastle’s coal port, the largest in the world (coal exports are worth more GH gases than our entire domestic emissions), which is on in the same period (10-15 July).
